AI\u3001\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u8fd0\u7b97\uff08HPC\uff09\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u65b0\u201c\u6740\u624b\u950f\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e1a\u5185\u4eba\u58eb\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4f34\u968f\u7740 AI\u30015G \u65f6\u4ee3\u6765\u4e34\uff0c\u81ea\u52a8\u9a7e\u9a76\u3001\u7cbe\u51c6\u533b\u7597\u8bca\u65ad\u3001\u536b\u661f\u5f71\u50cf\u8fa8\u8bc6\u7b49\u573a\u666f\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u5feb\u3001\u66f4\u7a33\u3001\u529f\u8017\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u5185\u5b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u78c1\u963b\u5f0f\u968f\u673a\u5b58\u53d6\u5185\u5b58\uff08MRAM\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u975e\u6613\u5931\u6027\u5185\u5b58\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u786c\u76d8\u4e2d\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u7cbe\u81f4\u78c1\u6027\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u80fd\u6ee1\u8db3\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u5185\u5b58\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5438\u5f15\u4e09\u661f\u3001\u82f1\u7279\u5c14\u3001\u53f0\u79ef\u7535\u7b49\u5927\u5382\u6295\u5165\u7814\u53d1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u79ef\u7535\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u7ecf\u6210\u529f\u5f00\u53d1\u51fa 22 \u7eb3\u7c73\u300116\/12 \u7eb3\u7c73\u5de5\u827a\u7684 MRAM \u4ea7\u54c1\u7ebf\uff0c\u5e76\u624b\u63e1\u5927\u91cf\u5185\u5b58\u3001\u8f66\u7528\u5e02\u573a\u8ba2\u5355\uff0c\u800c\u672c\u6b21\u53f0\u79ef\u7535\u4e58\u80dc\u8ffd\u51fb\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u63a8\u51fa SOT-MRAM\uff0c\u4f1a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5de9\u56fa\u5176\u5e02\u573a\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53f0\u79ef\u7535\u8868\u793a\u65b0\u6b3e SOT-MRAM \u5185\u5b58\u642d\u8f7d\u521b\u65b0\u8fd0\u7b97\u67b6\u6784\uff0c\u529f\u8017\u4ec5\u4e3a STT-MRAM \u7684 1%\uff0c\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u53d1\u6210\u679c\u9886\u5148\u56fd\u9645\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5fae\u7535\u5b50\u5143\u4ef6\u9886\u57df\u9876\u5c16\u4f1a\u8bae\u56fd\u9645\u7535\u5b50\u5143\u4ef6\u4f1a\u8bae\uff08IEDM\uff09\u4e0a\u5171\u540c\u53d1\u8868\u8bba\u6587\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6ce8\uff1aSTT-MRAM \u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u65cb\u7535\u6d41\u5b9e\u73b0\u4fe1\u606f\u5199\u5165\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u65b0\u578b\u975e\u6613\u5931\u6027\u78c1\u968f\u673a\u5b58\u50a8\u5668\uff0c\u662f\u78c1\u6027\u5b58\u50a8\u5668 MRAM \u7684\u4e8c\u4ee3\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002STT-MRAM \u5b58\u50a8\u5355\u5143\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a MTJ\uff0c\u7531\u4e24\u5c42\u4e0d\u540c\u539a\u5ea6\u7684\u94c1\u78c1\u5c42\u53ca\u4e00\u5c42\u51e0\u4e2a\u7eb3\u7c73\u539a\u7684\u975e\u78c1\u6027\u9694\u79bb\u5c42\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u65cb\u7535\u6d41\u5b9e\u73b0\u4fe1\u606f\u5199\u5165\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1
